For more than 25 years, I have worked in global corporations and mid-sized companies, at Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, DIAGEO, YXLON International, SNP and Yogi Tea. That range is my strongest lever: I bring the methodology of international corporates and apply it pragmatically.
I am German-Irish, grew up in Indonesia, married into an American family, and live in Hamburg. That mix is not just biography, it is how I work. I read the dynamics in a room quickly, hold different perspectives at the same time, and build the kind of trust that stays intact across cultures and borders.
